Three hour-coaching intensive where you and I excavate, examine, redesign and relaunch your Silent Diet.

 

What is a Silent Diet?

 

Your Silent Diet is the subconscious thoughts and beliefs that consume you. Unlike a physical diet based on food where you can consciously control what you put on your plate, The Silent Diet is an incessant program that continues to run beyond your control. Not because you can’t control it, but because you’re unaware that you have the power to do so. Unlike our conscious thoughts that run off intellect and rationale, The Silent Diet runs, grows, and is activated in our subconscious mind. If the subconscious runs 90% of our lives and our conscious mind the rest, there is no way humans in their current state of being can outwit the subconscious. We have between 50,000 and 60,000 thoughts a day. You may eat 3 times a day, take supplements, work out, pray and meditate once a day but you can never outdo 50,000 or 60,000. You cannot out eat, out exercise, out-educate, out medicate or outpray the Silent Diet. You must Reprogram it. 

 

In The Silent Diet we will look at:

 

Excavate- What’s on your plate? What is your Silent Diet? Where did it come from? What are your prevailing thoughts and beliefs and how does it manifest in your internal and external environment?

 

*Examine your block(s) and the pattern is created, including limiting beliefs.

*Discuss and discover any dis-ease or discomfort, either mental, physical or spiritual so we can determine what it’s come to teach you.

 Redesign: What do you want to experience? In order to revamp your plate, you must decide what’s at stake if you don’t. What do you want your Silent Diet to look like?

 *Develop new thought patterns

*Create If/ then statements

*Declaring your desires

*Healing the past (put some love on it!)

*Lite energy work

 Relaunch: What new beliefs will replace the old ones? How will you maintain your Silent Diet?

 *Self-hypnosis mantra creation via subconscious

*Self-maintenance action plan

 -Coaching is 3 hours long.
